I'm a Mexican-American organizational design consultant, Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, and founder of mirale collective LLC — and I've spent over a decade helping mission-driven leaders heal the gap between who they are and how they work. I call that gap the workplace wound. And I know it personally. My path to this work was shaped by my own healing from workplace retraumatization, immigrant family trauma, and the particular exhaustion of caring deeply about your work while running on empty. That lived experience, combined with my M.S. in Social Entrepreneurship and training through the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaches, is what I bring to every partnership. Through the AABC Method for Holistic Regeneration, I help BIPOC founders and nonprofit HR leaders rebuild trust, align values with operations, and create organizations where people and mission both thrive. When I'm not working, you'll find me reading, experimenting with art, or on long walks with my husband and our pup, Togo.
